Therapy is a space and time for you to talk about the things that matter to you. No issue is too big or small. Talking treatments are scientifically demonstrated to help you manage and cope with difficult emotions, experiences, and mental health problems. The purpose of talking treatments is to help you understand the roots of your feelings and patterns of behaviour and to guide you to be able to change your behaviour when required, your relationship with yourself, and your world view. Many clients come with an overriding concern, but actually work through not only that issue, but many others in addition. We have specialists who integrate many different approaches and who can refer you to a colleague for specialist treatment in additional areas.

The process itself of therapy is a powerful catalyst for change and can lead clients to delve deeper into aspects of their personalities, relationship patterns, and behaviour that they did not expect to encounter when beginning therapy. For this reason, it is best to begin therapy with an open mind.

We provide a range of formats to suit your needs. Each of our practitioners practices at our Harley Street clinic in central London. We also provide online Skype therapy utilising our secure iMac network.
